| We had taken our chevy cruze to Firestone in VBT in the early summer because the A/C was not working. We paid the diagnostic fee but did not get the repair as Firestone said it would be $1800+. We brought it to Certified tractor this fall because the engine fan would run continuously when the vehicle was idling. The fix was a pressure switch on the A/C unit at $300, which also fixed the A/C that Firestone said was $1800. |

| We just moved back to the area and needed an honest mechanic that didn't charge dealership rates. Certified tractor was recommended by my second mother. Amy even called a week or so later to see how the truck was running. They have since fixed 2 of our other vehicles. |
