| My spur of the moment auto repair went from a mechanical nightmare to a job well done because of your herculean effort and professionalism. A standard replacement of a set of four tires at another tire shop became a head shaking job that no one else wanted to tackle just before the 2024 Thanksgiving Weekend. You and your staff were kind and courteous when I asked if you could help resolve a stripped lug nut frozen on a free spinning lug bolt. You made schedule changes to an already busy day, to work this mechanical albatross of a repair into your shop and found a way to fix the problem and get my family back on the road. Thank all your staff for going above and beyond to remedy our dilemma. Loaning the Boss's Personal Vehicle for my use while the work was being done was awesome!! Such consideration is not often found in today's business environment. I hope your Thanksgiving celebrations were filled to the brim with gratitude, you helped ours to be running over. |

| Norm and the crew are awesome!! We had a spur of the moment emergency repair of a blown transmission line that they were able to work us in with their scheduled work. The work was done timely and efficiently, we felt they showed the same concern for the work needed, as if I had been doing the work myself. The communication and expectations were open and realistic, the expenses were kept within the agreed budget. They even resolved an ongoing problem we have had with the windshield wiper motor module, which had been an issue for some time. Thank you for a job well done. |
