- Certified Tractor & Auto Repair
|
Had a problem with our family car, was able to drive it home but didn't want to go far to get it checked out and repaired. I called Certified Tractor & Auto Repair that evening, was told they could check it out two days later. I dropped the car off a day early at our convenience, so they could maybe get the car checked out earlier, if possible. They called me back that same day and said I could pick the car up, it was repaired. Appreciated their extra effort to get the problem identified and resolved, a day before I was scheduled to have it looked at. |

Very friendly and informative, we had an entire engine replacement and they did a great job. And they were patient with us while we arranged financing. |

We had taken our chevy cruze to Firestone in VBT in the early summer because the A/C was not working. We paid the diagnostic fee but did not get the repair as Firestone said it would be $1800+. We brought it to Certified tractor this fall because the engine fan would run continuously when the vehicle was idling. The fix was a pressure switch on the A/C unit at $300, which also fixed the A/C that Firestone said was $1800. |

We just moved back to the area and needed an honest mechanic that didn't charge dealership rates. Certified tractor was recommended by my second mother. Amy even called a week or so later to see how the truck was running. They have since fixed 2 of our other vehicles. |

Norm has always been an excellent Mechanic, he is honest and will take the time to explain why a part failed and what to watch out for in the future. |
